Step-By-Step  Guide

  • Choose the Location: Decide where you want to install the mirror. The surface should be smooth and rigid for optional adhesion.
  • Clean the Area: Clean the installation area of any clutter. The wall and the back of the mirror should be clean, dry and free from grease or contaminants.
  • Measure Twice: Measure the dimensions of the mirror and the wall space. Mark the centre where you want to place the mirror with a pencil.
  • Mark Screw Holes: From the centre mark, measure an equal distance to marks where the top screw holes will go, ensuring they are level. Repeat this for bottom holes.
  • Drill Holes: With the help of a drill, create holes at your marked location. Insert wall plugs suitable for your wall types in the holes.
  • Prepare Adhesive: Cut the adhesive cartridge tip at a 45° angle and attach it to the caulking gun. 
  • Apply Adhesive: With the caulking gun’s help, apply vertical adhesive beads approximately 120-150 mm apart on the back of the mirror. Start at about 70 mm from each edge.
  • Position the Mirror: Within 10 minutes of applying the adhesive, carefully lift the mirror and position it against the wall, aligning it with your pre-drilled holes.
  • Insert Screws: Start by inserting screws into the top holes first but do not tighten them fully yet. This allows for adjustment if necessary.
  • Secure Bottom Screw: Once the top is secure, insert screws into the bottom holes before tightening all screws gently to avoid cracking.
  • Check Level: Use a spirit level to ensure your mirror is straight. Make adjustments as needed before fully tightening all screws.
